“Before I started working with Kayla Osborne, I was grappling with anxiety that left me feeling ungrounded and disconnected. I struggled to manage my stress, and my health routines weren’t aligned with how I wanted to feel each day. My food choices were another source of uncertainty, and I wasn’t sure where to start to make lasting changes. Entering into wellness coaching with Kayla truly helped turn things around for me.
From our very first session, I felt immediately at ease. Kayla’s calming presence and thoughtful approach allowed me to open up about my challenges. What stood out to me was how intentional our sessions were—focusing not just on my anxiety, but also on my overall well-being. Together, we practiced grounding and breathing exercises, and I began using the Yucca app to make more informed food choices. I’ve even added a grounding mat to my daily routine at home, which has been an amazing tool for centering myself. Kayla’s support went beyond just our sessions; she checked in with me as I navigated new health challenges, making me feel truly supported and cared for. Through it all, I knew that our coaching relationship was confidential, which gave me the freedom to be completely open and honest about what I was going through.
The most significant results I’ve gained from our work together include improved anxiety management, a more intentional approach to journaling, and a newfound commitment to my health. The breathing exercises we practiced have become a staple in my day, helping me stay calm in stressful moments. I’ve also become much more mindful of what I eat, thanks to the tools Kayla provided, and I’ve been journaling more consistently, which has brought a deeper sense of clarity and reflection into my life.
I would highly recommend Kayla’s coaching to anyone looking to overcome anxiety, make healthier lifestyle choices, or find a deeper sense of balance. Her compassionate, personalized approach makes all the difference, and her ability to create a space where I felt comfortable being vulnerable allowed me to grow in ways I didn’t expect.”

“Before I started my coaching sessions, my husband and I were like two ships passing in the wind—comfortable and happy but not connecting. Kayla gave me ideas to add some excitement to our day-to-day interactions. They were such simple things, but they made us connect more and have simple, pleasurable interactions that made us happier. I was also worried about finances and how to manage the upcoming expenses. Kayla was able to help me break things down and figure out where to put my energy to make things work—simple things like helping me slow my mind. Slowing my mind helped me prioritize the important stuff out of my control that I could stop worrying about.
I LOVED working with Kayla; it was like talking to a friend with no filter! She told me what I needed to hear and helped me find direction in the areas I needed to work on. She gave me minor, achievable steps that ended up helping me make colossal changes.
I recommend coaching with Kayla to anyone who is floundering in any area of life. She makes things seem so simple that you wonder how you didn't figure it out yourself.”

“Before working with Kayla I was in a state of evaluation regarding my health. Due to awareness of my parents changing health, and the beginning of symptoms popping up for me, fear was creeping in. I sought Kayla's coaching to help navigate confidence in my overall health and not letting fear dictate decisions. Through the coaching sessions I was able to connect different areas of my life and heath that were affecting each other. Kayla's prompts and questions helped me see where I was stagnant, and where I could set attainable goals.
Coaching was a very positive experience for me. Kayla was kind and gentle in her question asking and often helped me celebrate wins that I had not acknowledged. Kayla also challenged me when necessary. Her ability to decipher appropriate next steps was so helpful.
I would recommend coaching with Kayla to anyone who is stuck in an area of their life where the next step seems unattainable. Having Kayla speak into small goals in several different categories helped me see progress, which motivated me to keep tweaking and adjusting my physical, work, and relational goals. I'm a fan of this process and would highly recommend coaching with Kayla.”

“Before starting the sessions with you, I felt overwhelmed and unable to ground myself to achieve my goals. Several years ago, I was sick in the hospital for a week, and although I fully recovered it always sits in the back of my mind how I never want to experience that feeling again and how I want to make sure I stay healthy for my family. Since our sessions, I have been motivated and consistent each week with staying physically active, choosing healthy options, and taking a moment to breathe and regroup. I have more energy to put into my family and most importantly I love how I look and feel.
Working with you was what I needed to take the leap and stop the excuses. You asked the right questions, checked in to ensure I was on track, and helped me navigate any roadblocks. You offered new ways to approach those challenges even if I couldn’t hear myself coming up with excuses, you coached me through it. I learned through you that I must set an intention on what I am trying to achieve and celebrate the small wins along the way.
My primary focus was choosing healthy options rather than caving to sweets in stressful situations and staying active. The first thing you made me aware of was that I could not do this alone. It is helpful to surround myself with people who know my goals and can help support me. Our sessions always had a positive tone. More importantly, I trusted you to help me navigate my journey because of your experience and knowledge. I started making simple changes to my routine and food choices to reach my goals. Each change was driven by me, as you leaned in with curiosity, in each session so nothing felt forced. All in all, I would recommend you as a nurse coach because you tailored your approach to me, and gave me the space to make errors and even after our sessions I feel like I was set up with enough information and guidance to move forward on my own.”

“I am very pleased to be able to write a testimonial for Kayla Osborne as a Nurse Coach. Working with Kayla has been one of the best decisions I have made.
I live a very hectic life as a caregiver of a daughter with complex medical issues, and I have not taken the time to focus on my own health much. Working with Kayla, has given me opportunities to look at my own life and learn strategies to make things better for my own health.
Every session I spent with Kayla was fabulous. She is focused, caring, and full of knowledge.
Through this process, Kayla helped me develop strategies to create some new healthy habits in the midst of my chaotic life. She opened my eyes to areas of science that I didn’t even know existed.
I have learned new insights into the process of developing and maintaining a healthier lifestyle. I am excited to be able to recommend Kayla’s coaching to anyone who needs assistance and knowledge regarding their health and living a healthy lifestyle.”

“When I started working with Kayla, I had just found out I was pregnant. I was coming out of a really rough point in my marriage and was surprised and overwhelmed by the news. Kayla helped me put everything into perspective and calm my anxieties. She taught me to take things in little chunks so that I could be successful at my goals instead of discouraged by how much I had to do. Managing anxiety has been my main struggle for a long time, and I’ve only recently started to learn strategies to work through it. On top of that, she gave me the confidence that I was on track with my pregnancy and doing the right things. She helped me find resources and helped calm some of my fears. Overall, I feel more confident and prepared to get through my pregnancy and manage my anxiety.
Working with Kayla was fantastic! I wasn’t sure what to expect from nurse coaching, but it ended up being a rewarding experience. Kayla was patient in explaining to me what she can help with and where to go for things that are out of her scope. She was careful to ask what my therapist was saying so she didn’t tell me anything conflicting and interrupt my care with another practitioner. That’s one thing I loved about our coaching sessions; Kayla was so incredibly thoughtful with her care. She listened to what I was saying and found ways to reinforce the advice I had received from my therapist or psychiatrist. Because I could relate to Kayla’s personal journey in managing her own anxiety, she was able to repackage some of the advice my providers had given me, making it easier to implement strategies I’d learned elsewhere. She also gave me new strategies to use to combat intrusive thoughts and anxiety that have been effective for me. When you start to hear the same themes coming from multiple sources, it really starts to sink in. Another thing I loved was that in coaching we set achievable goals. It was an active approach to wellness. I love the feeling of making tangible progress.
I learned to break things up into pieces to make progress easier. It’s more important to succeed at your goals than to set big, lofty, expectations that take time to achieve. Small, incremental progress is more encouraging than feeling like you’re churning away at an endless task. I also learned strategies for dealing with intrusive thoughts, which has been surprisingly effective. Learning to sit with discomfort and let thoughts pass is hard, but with Kayla’s coaching along with my therapy sessions, I’ve gotten a lot better at it.
I learned about the benefits of grounding in nature, how to let intrusive thoughts pass, and how to break things up into smaller chunks. Things I thought were small chunks ended up being too big. I realized I was still trying to take on too much at once, and that was contributing to my anxiety.
I would recommend nurse coaching to anyone who is looking for an accountability partner well versed in health topics. Kayla was an invaluable resource in helping me feel prepared for my pregnancy and getting the reassurance and strategies I needed to tackle the changes coming in my life. If you are coming up on changes in your life or processing any sort of changes to your health and wellness, this would be an excellent experience for you!”
